NY striploin beef roast for 2 people. Cooked, ready to temper, sear and serve. Includes peppercorn reduction, vegetable medley and a rosemary leek bread pudding.
Instructions:
Place sealed bag with roast in simmering water 10 mins. Sear the roast fat-side down in a hot pan to add colour and flavour. Let rest, carve, and serve. Reheat bread pudding in the oven at 375F for 15 minutes.
